> Philadelphia Innovation & Technology PAC — a federally registered political action committee advocating for startup-friendly policies that make Philadelphia a top-tier city for founders, technologists, and the innovation economy.

PHL Tech PAC (FEC ID: C00945139) is chaired by Amaury Abreu. We organize around four advocacy pillars: launching a City Innovation Office, modernizing the BIRT tax for startups, expanding founder equity, and retaining Philadelphia's tech talent.
